Mesa

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Mesa does not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and no server of ours that your data could be sent to.

Your to-dos

Your to-dos are stored on your devices. If you use iCloud, Mesa syncs them between your devices through your own private iCloud storage, which only you can access. We cannot see them.

Calendar

If you allow it, Mesa reads today's events from your calendars to show them above your to-dos. It never changes your calendars, and the events never leave your device.

Reminders

If you choose "Import from Apple Reminders", Mesa reads your open reminders once to copy them in as to-dos. This happens on your device.

Location

On iPhone, if you allow it, Mesa uses your location to start the map where you are when you choose a place for a to-do, and to remind you when you arrive at or leave that place. Your location stays on your device.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled on your device. Nothing about them is sent anywhere.
